What I collect, and what I do with it.

Wako-AI is a one person business run by Bayley in Perth, Western Australia. This page is written plainly rather than legally, because a short honest page is more useful than a long vague one.

The enquiry form

If you send an enquiry, I receive your name, your email address, what you selected as your need, and your message. That is it. I use it to reply to you and to quote the work. It is not sold, shared or added to any mailing list, and I do not send marketing email.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. It checks that a real browser sent the form and does not track you across other websites.

Analytics

If site analytics are running, they are Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. Email sent to the address on this site is routed through Cloudflare and delivered to my inbox.

How long things are kept

Enquiries stay in my email while a project is live and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back. Ask me to delete your enquiry and I will.

Your choices

You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email admin@wako-ai.com and I will action it.

Predictions posted through Discord are for entertainment only and are not financial advice. Discord holds your account details under its own privacy policy, not mine.
